When attending a course at Nerve Belfast there will normally be a member of staff present in the reception area to direct you through to our location. If not, security will indicate the way to go and you can follow the “Nerve Belfast” signs to our door.Please note that Nerve Belfast only occupy a small portion of Havelock House, Flax Arts occupies the majority of the building and we ask you to be please be respectful of others workspace and common areas whilst visiting and moving through the centre.

Parking at Havelock House is free, and a large capactiy. Once you turn in from the Ormeau Road please wait at the gate for security to let you in. If you need to hit the buzzer for entry then please inform the security staff that you are here for a course with Nerve Belfast.

For all of our courses we normally have hospitality, tea coffee and biscuits, on offer for people visiting the centre. Also on-site we have a water cooler available to keep you hydrated.We are environmentally conscious here at Nerve Belfast and we would encourage you to ‘Go Green’ and bring your own travel cup for drinks.

For standard courses we do not provide any lunch, just simple refreshements. The lower Ormeau Road has limited locations for buying lunch or for sit-in options. Please see the map for nearby eateries. You are of course welcome to bring your own and remain in the centre.Training sessions will start promptly after lunch so please consider how much time is available when making your choice.

All those attending courses need to make themselves familiar with Nerve Belfast’s emergency evacuation policy. Evacuation routes are highlighted with the facility and will be brought to your attention whilst on-site.All visitors must ensure that they sign in and out for Fire Safety. In the event of an evacuation please follow the directions of your trainer.

If anyone should require assistance in evacuating the building this should be communicated to the Centre Management in a timely manner beforehand or upon arrival at the centre.

Nerve Belfast are unable to offer anywhere secure for you to leave your possessions. Please do not leave anything unattended during your visit.
We ask that you treat Nerve Belfast as you would your own classroom and refrain from accessing social media and using your phone during delivery time. This can sometimes be a distraction to those around you. Access will be provided to our free guest WiFi and we would encourage you to only use this during break periods.
