Post-Primary Partnerships 2018/19

Nerve Belfast and the Nerve Centre’s Creative Learning Centre’s are now recruiting Post-Primary schools who seek to explore the creative use of digital technologies in the classroom.

We are offering the following year long Post-Primary Programmes*:
•    Post-Primary Moving Image Arts Partnership
•    Post-Primary Music Technology Partnership

Our exciting partnership programme will help schools to develop and embed new skills and add value to your teaching, regardless of previous experience.

Applications from all schools within the EA Belfast, South Eastern and North Eastern regions are welcomed for the Nerve Belfast programmes. Please visit the if your school is in the EA Western or north westerly part of the North Eastern region (please see map below).

For further information on what the programmes involve browse the information and application packs below:

Our partnership programmes* are highly competitive and we receive a large number of applications each year so below are some tips to help you apply:

We are looking for schools that can identify a clear training need and how meeting that need will impact the school. At this stage we don’t require specific plans as these will be worked out as part of the partnership, but rather a good overview of what you need and what you think can be realistically achieved in this short term programme. Quality is better than quantity. A well thought-out response makes it easier for us to understand your vision and ambitions.

The closing date for applications is Friday 23rd March 2018.

*Schools are welcome to apply for more than one partnership (Music and/or MIA), however schools will only be awarded one partnership per year.

If you are unsure of which Creative Learning Centre your school should apply to, see the below map illustrating the catchment areas of each.
