UICT Teacher Training Week 2014

Dear Teacher,

Welcome to our annual UICT Teacher Training Week.

This year we go full STEAM ahead with our 3D STEAM course featuring free innovative apps for the iPad. Create a 3D moveable figure or creature and print it using our 3D printers and go a step further by animating your 3D printouts. While in the Nerve Centre Derry/London Derry, teachers will explore how to design, fabricate, programme and showcase a simple automated robot, capturing and documenting their progress on video along the way.
For our Primary school teachers we offer you our very popular Introduction to iPads in the Classroom course, but be quick to book! And for the gamer in you try your hand at creating a few games using Scratch.

Book early to avoid disappointment.

All Belfast UICT courses will be held in Nerve Belfast at the Ulidia Resource Centre.
We are also holding UICT courses in the Nerve Centre Derry/London Derry.
